PHILOSOPHY

I believe the majority of people lack the insight and awareness of what they are truly good at and how to optimise it. I want to leave the world in a better place knowing that more people have found their true purpose and more companies utilise their employees uniqueness, everyday.


I’ve spent the last 10+ years developing my own talent philosophy based on my learnings within high-growth venture backed tech companies. Due to my extensive background in building and scaling teams, I have an intrinsic ability to spot peoples hidden talent and provide them with the knowledge and tools to thrive in each stage of growth. I’ve seen first hand the impact of wasting human potential both on a personal and business level.

My purpose is to work with people and organisations to minimise this and empower them to harness the hidden treasures within their teams, creating environments for people to flourish.

Based on these insights we work with the individuals to build a robust development plan (including 1:1 coaching) to up-skill in the relevant areas. It will also provide hiring recommendations based on the data that identify blind spots and enhance team dynamics and performance.
